Intro — Workout with Trev #1
I am on a journey to having a healthier body. I started a workout series to keep myself accountable and consistent with fitness.
Here is a video of my first routine.
I’ve always been skinny in appearance, but after hitting over 180 pounds (from 150) in no time at all, it’s time to take a serious approach. By documenting my journey to “the perfect body”, perhaps my progress will accelerate.
Also, it’s interesting that there aren’t many long-form fitness workouts on YouTube. We’re always chasing those 7-minute abs when, in reality, it takes much longer. This first workout video was nearly 1.5 hours. Maybe I’m starting a trend for this type of long-form content. We shall see.
Whatever happens, I love the journey.
